Before & After-school Program Instructors

LEARN Resource Center is currently hiring Program Instructors for its before and after-school programs. Qualified individual will assist in the supervision of children in grades K-6 at one of its program locations. Program Instructors focus on assisting children in engaging in fun and educational activities as well as creating a positive and stimulating learning environment. Must have strong communication skills , be able to lead group activities and work with children who may have behavior concerns.
 

Must be 18+ years old, have reliable transportation, and previous experience working with children. CPR & 1st Aid certification preferred.

 

Pay: $13.00 per hour

 

Schedule:

​Site Directors

LEARN Resource Center is currently hiring Site Directors for its before & after-school programs. The Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the before and/or after-school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, recording daily attendance, maintaining communication with parents and school personnel, and ensuring compliance with all program policies and requirements. The Site Director leads with a focus on child development, program quality, and community engagement. Must have strong communication skills , be able to lead group activities and work with children who may have behavior concerns.
 

Must be 18+ years old, have reliable transportation, and previous experience working with children. CPR & 1st Aid certification preferred.

 

Pay: $15.00-16.00 per hour
